Training Center
Online Self Storage provides a variety of training
services for you to make sure your experience is as
hassle-free and enjoyable as possible. We will
continue to expand our training services, including
web-based resources, to give you all the tools you
need to make your website an integral part of your
business.
Our systems are extremely easy to learn, even for
the novice users. In most cases, within 30 minutes
we can teach you everything you will ever have to
learn about using your online reservations and
payments system.
Training Services Available
Orientation
All new clients receive one hour of telephone
training with one of our staff to familiarize them
with the service. Topics covered include: login
procedures, company and facility setup, inventory
control, pricing, and reporting.
Onsite Training Optional
Would you prefer onsite training? We will gladly send
one of our staff to your site to train your
management team. You will be responsible for all
travel expenses.
Ongoing Training
Have questions after your training? Need a refresher
course? We are always here to help. Simply call and
